 THE HANSON SWAN BUSINESS AWARDS

2010

 

 

The Swan Chamber of Commerce invites all members and businesses within the City of Swan and all of the 6055/6056 post code area to enter the Hanson Swan Business Awards (HSBA) 2010. Businesses in this area should be checking their mail boxes for their entry forms from Monday 10^th May.

 

It is not necessary to be a member of the Swan Chamber of Commerce to enter, however,

members of the Chamber located outside of the City of Swan are also eligible to enter.

 

The objective of the Hanson Swan Business Awards is to provide recognition and encouragement to businesses within the Swan Region. Surviving in business is an achievement in itself, and those business operators who also reach a high level of excellence deserve to be recognised for their hard work and for providing quality products/services and good customer service. Winning an award rewards for hard work and insight.

 

All businesses are eligible to nominate for any of the fourteen Awards categories which are:

1.      Swan Business of the Year

2.      Youth Employment & Training (youth and/or mature age)

3.      Contribution to Exports

4.      Professional Services

5.      Quality Customer Service

6.      Retail Business

7.      New Business

8.      Tourism (under 10 employees)

9.      Tourism (over 10 employees)

10.     Business Person of the Year

11.     Restaurant of the Year

12.     Family Dining Restaurant of the Year

13.     Contribution to a Green Environment

14.     Website and On-line Services

 

Nominations for the Hanson Swan Business Awards are now open and close on Friday 2^nd July with the awards presentation dinner on Saturday 28^th August at Belvoir.  Entry forms and assistance to complete the form is available from the Swan Chamber of Commerce, phone 9374 5000 or email events@swanchamber.com.au.
